After the annual meeting of the AQUA’MAR project, we had the chance to step directly into the field, hosted by one of our closest partners, AQUA M’DIQ.

Aqua M’diq has been with us since day one, offering unwavering support and unique expertise on the realities and challenges of sustainable aquaculture, including fish feed development and the eco-design of nets.

Thanks to them, we have deepened our understanding of the sector’s issues and explored how to build solutions that are both innovative and sustainable.

A warm thank you to Dr Housni CHADLI for welcoming us and for his inspiring dedication to strengthening Moroccan aquaculture.

This collaboration reflects the very spirit of AQUA’MAR: connecting science, industry and local know-how to (re)vitalise aquaculture in Morocco and contribute to a stronger, future-ready blue economy. 🌍💙
